Le château marteau longe (B)
Le château de Marteau Longe was build in the 19th century in neoclassic style. It was sold in 1950 to the commune of Wilsele, close to Leuven, later it was passed to a ASBL called “les etapes de la route”. This castle has been rented many times for commercial purposes and restoration. Nowadays the place is abandoned and in a real state of decay. Recently the owner of the castle left in ruins, Stéphan Jourdain wants to develop housing there by 2018. (march 2017)
